5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

The Merchnow AI service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Merchnow LLC. Content you generate using our AI models is yours, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Merchnow AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
