Free Trial
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. During this period, you can explore all features of your selected plan without any charges. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or billing page. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service, which we are unable to resolve
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Requests made within 7 days of your first paid subscription (for new customers only)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@merchnow.ai with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant transaction IDs or receipts
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Usage after the 7-day refund window for new customers
- Partial months of service
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
